A CNC machining center is mainly composed of four parts: numerical control device, servo system, machine tool body, and tool magazine. It combines the functions of CNC milling machine, CNC boring machine, and CNC drilling machine together, with powerful functionality.

1. Basic components: Basic components refer to the bed frame castings. Composed of a bed, stand, and worktable, etc; It is the basic component of CNC machining centers, mostly made of cast iron, because the machining center has to withstand static and cutting dynamic loads during operation. Therefore, its bed casting requires high rigidity and is also the most important component of CNC machining centers.

2. Spindle components: It consists of components such as spindle motor, spindle box, spindle, and spindle support;

3. Control system: The numerical control system of a CNC machining center consists of a CNC device, a programmable controller, a servo drive device, and an electric motor;

4. Servo system: The function of the servo system is to convert signals from the numerical control device into the motion of the moving parts of the machine tool. Its efficiency is one of the main factors determining the machining accuracy, surface quality, and production efficiency of the machine tool;

5. Automatic tool changer: It consists of components such as a tool magazine, a robotic arm, and a drive mechanism;

6. Automatic tray replacement system: Some CNC machining centers are equipped with two automatic exchange workpiece trays to further shorten non cutting time. One is installed on the worktable for processing, and the other is located outside the worktable for workpiece loading and unloading. This can reduce auxiliary time and improve processing efficiency;

7. Auxiliary system: including lubrication device, cooling device, chip removal device, protective device, hydraulic and random detection system, etc. It plays a decisive role in ensuring the work efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the machining center.
