Machining centers are currently widely used in the field of machining. Mainly applied in the following industries:
1. Mold
The previous mold production used manual methods, requiring the use of gypsum to make models and then steel billets to make models. After planing and smoothing with a planer, use a manual or carving machine to carve the shape of the product mold as a model. The entire processing process requires a high level of skill from the processing master and is quite time-consuming. Once an error occurs, it cannot be corrected and all previous efforts are in vain. But the machining center can complete multiple processes at once, and the machining efficiency is incomparable to manual operation. Before processing, the computer is used to design graphics and simulate the detection of whether the processed workpiece meets the requirements. 3. Complex surfaces
The machining center can be clamped at once to complete the machining of all sides and top surfaces except for the clamping surface. 5. Disk, sleeve, and plate components
The machining center is designed for hole systems with keyways, radial holes, or distributed end faces, as well as curved disk sleeves or shaft parts, such as flanged shaft sleeves, shaft parts with keyways or square heads, according to different spindle transport pipelines. 6. Parts produced in batches periodically
The processing time of a machining center generally includes two parts: the required time for processing and the preparation time for processing. Preparation time accounts for a high proportion of it. This includes: process time, programming time, component testing time, etc. The machining center can store these operations for future repeated use.
